“The rash on
nose could be due to a very oily zone of combination skin type. In this case,
excess oil and sticky dead skin cells, forming blackheads and whiteheads
appear as raised, granular rash and clog the pores. Try a facial scrub at
least twice a week. Wash your face several times a day with a medicated soap.
Steam nose or get it cleaned by a beautician every month. The other reason
could be Rosacea, which displays a reddish rash on the cheeks, too. In this
case, you must avoid all types of hot and spicy food as well coffee and
exposure to extreme climate.”
