“Freckles are generally a genetic problem. They are skin`s protection against the exposure to sun. Melalite cream, with hydroquinone as an ingredient, helps dissolve the melanin pigment. Since this pigment appears from the basal layer of the skin, more and more of melanin cells will keep appearing in the form of freckles. There is no permanent cure but you can take precautions so that there is no darkening effect. To do so, avoid being exposed to sunlight by carrying an umbrella or wearing a sun-hat. Also use a sunscreen with a high SPF (Sun Protecting Factor) of above 30”
